CALL FOR PAPERS

On behalf of the Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global) and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics we would like to invite you to participate in the 3rd Vietnam Symposium in Leadership and Public Policy (VSLP-2020), which will take place on 26-27 October 2020 in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The VSLP-2020 Symposium is honored to welcome Distinguished Keynote Speakers:

• Rosemary O’Leary, Edwin O. Stene Distinguished Professor, School of Public Affairs and Administration, University of Kansas, United States
• Nicolas Tenzer, Chairman of the Center for Studies and Research on Political Decision (CERAP), France

Our Symposium aims at promoting collaborative research initiatives and experiences between Vietnamese experts and their foreign colleagues. We encourage submissions on various topics such as:

• Education, Training and Labor Policy
• Health Policy
• Science, Technology and Data Policy
• Energy and Environment Policy
• Social Innovation and Social Policy
• Economic Policy
• Public Investment (Public Procurements and PPPs)
• Policy Design
• Implementation and Evaluation
• Leadership, Change and Public Management

Paper submission procedure

Authors are invited to submit their papers, preferably in English, in PDF file, no later than June 28, 2020, via the Symposium website: https://vslp2020.sciencesconf.org/submission/. Early submissions are highly encouraged. The scientific program will be available around mid-October, shortly after the Symposium registration is closed.

• Notification of review results: July 26, 2020 

• Registration deadline: September 13, 2020 

• Symposium event: October 26-27, 2020
